Concrete Cutting, is the cutting and removal of concrete using controlled sawing and/or drilling, performed by skilled operators. Diamond blades and core drill bits contain diamond impregnated chips, leaving a smooth attractive finish. This process utilises water so dust is not created in your working area.
Kustom Cut are the proud owners of 4 x Husqvarna Robotic Demolition Robots. 2 x DXR305 and 2 x DXR140 Robotic Demolition Robots. They are the most powerful remote-controlled demolition robots on the market and is well known for its quiet and fumeless (hydraulic) performance. This allows works to be performed during normal working hours and is suitable for works in hospitals, shopping centres and apartment blocks.
FUMELESS CUTTING
Hydraulic cutting enables us to safely work indoors, in confined spaces, fume-free, whilst achieving the same excellent results. Hydraulic/Fumeless cutting is the alternative form to petrol-powered concrete cutting equipment where fumes may be a health and safety issue. When working in confined spaces that have poor ventilation, hydraulic concrete cutting equipment is the best option.
Hydraulic cutting is available with either petrol hydraulic or electric hydraulic power packs. It can be used for all our cutting services. These include Electric Roadsaw, Chainsaw, Handsaw, Ringsaw and Electric Cut-n-Break.

We are fully insured members of the CFMEU, EBA compliant and are accredited members of the Concrete Sawing Drilling Association of Australia (CSDAA).
We are experienced in all forms of concrete cutting from small diameter core holes to large cut and remove projects. We also offer a range of specialised concrete cutting services tailored to meet any project requirements.
